− The property is so small. The description is very deceptive. It was said that property has 1 bedroom, a living room, offers a private pool, and a private parking. It ONLY has a loft, a mini fridge, a diminutive tank pool only 1 child could fit, and parking is outside of the property by the street. Owner is charging me additional Php 3,000 for declogging, but the pipeline of the property is cheaply abd poorly installed. There is ONLY 1 pipeline for the sewer and the showerline, such that when the toilet bowl gets clogged, the refuse backs up into the shower area. We did not even put toilet paper in the bowl as instructed. This is an infrastructure issue that will bother future prospective customers. This place should NOT be used for commercial traveller’s rental. The bathroom itself is also outside the house as the house is so tiny, hence the deceptive use of the word “villa”. BEWARE of this place. I tried calling the owner to coarify the declogging charges, but he would not take my calll. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will make the sane review in all rental platforms this property appears.
