9.0Clean and spacious room close to metro station. Had a very nice stay.
Very affordable, tiny but good for one person if a quick over night if you don’t need to spread out.
8.0It was inexpensive. It was near the train station but not as close as we thought. It was clean and the host was very communicative and accommodating.
− It turned out to be farther from the train station than I thought and we were at the end of our two-week stay and very tired so the walk was too much. So we took a taxi to the airport the next morning instead of the train which we had originally planned. The building is very weird with a lot of steps. There is a lift but you have to go up a half flight of stairs to the lift. Then down a half flight and up a half flight to get to the room. And if someone fails to get the elevator closed properly you have to use all your flights of stairs like we did the morning we left. The Actual bedroom is very tiny. It would have been fine for one person but there was not enough space for all our luggage. Fortunately we only really needed a place to sleep and shower.

− • Habitación pequeña. • Falta de mantenimiento en general. • Aislamiento acústico insuficiente: al tratarse de un piso con habitaciones contiguas, se escucha bastante el ruido de la habitación de al lado. • La hora del check-out es demasiado pronto, a las 10:00 h. • Relación calidad-precio demasiado elevada para lo que ofrece el alojamiento. Por el precio pagado, esperábamos mejores instalaciones, mayor comodidad y un mejor aislamiento acústico.
