Beautiful villa with stunning views
10.0This beautiful villa had everything you needed and much more, the view were stunning, the aircon cooled the house quickly when needed. The pool was fabulous set to a lovely temperature so we could swim all day long, and the hot tub and fire pit was used each day/night too! Uber come out quickly and charged approx €25 to Dubrovnik and €6 to Cavtat. There is a shop and a bakery five minutes walk from the villa.
− It’s a steep hill to get up to the villa but that makes to beautiful views so was worth it

7.0The house was of a good standard, for the price I was expecting some toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, enough toilet paper, other than that it was good, the location was good, a couple of miles outside Cavtat, but regular buses passed the main road, a 10 min walk away
− We were all very disappointed by the swimming pool, it was advertised as a heated pool, but it was freezing, we could not use it at all. We paid a lot for this house because of the heated pool, there are lots of other accommodation in the area a lot cheaper, without a pool, but of the same standard. I complained about the pool on day one, asking to get it heated, nothing happened, I then had to complain to the owner through Booking.com two days later, so by day 5 a pool technician came and said the heating system was not working. As this was advertised as having a heated pool, this should have been checked and turned on for us before we arrived. So we did not get what we paid for. And the landlady only apologised for the inconvenience, she got full payment, but did not deliver what she said she would.
