− L'absence de propreté et d'entretien général La vaisselle insuffisante (verres, couverts, poêle en Téflon trop abîmée et cancérigène) L'absence de lave-vaisselle, alors que prévu dans l'annonce. L'absence de chaises longues sur la terrasse, contrairement aux photos. Pas de parasol, ni de store banne. 1 seule douche, contrairement à l'annonce. Une seule annonce pour deux appartements distincts, avec mélange des photos.

− Zużyta patelnia, konieczna wymiana na nową a najlepiej dwie nowe. W ofercie na zdjęciach z tarasu są leżaki w rzeczywistości ich brak. Potrzebny jest też odkurzacz .

Vista sul mare

− L’appartamento è spazioso, carino e gode di una splendida vista sul mare, che rappresenta sicuramente il suo punto di forza. A mio avviso è più adatto a una famiglia che a due coppie, come nel nostro caso. La seconda camera era stata preparata come matrimoniale, ma in realtà si tratta di una cameretta piuttosto piccola con un letto trasformabile in due singoli. Inoltre, il letto è risultato piuttosto scomodo e una delle reti presentava diverse doghe mancanti o rotte. Abbiamo trovato poco pratiche anche le finestre prive di tende, soprattutto quella del bagno, che garantiva poca privacy. Un’altra nota negativa riguarda la cucina: su Booking era indicata come ben attrezzata e dotata di lavastoviglie, ma quest’ultima non era presente. Inoltre mancava gran parte della posateria (cucchiai e forchette praticamente inesistenti) e c’erano soltanto quattro bicchieri, di cui uno rotto. Preparare un pranzo o una cena in appartamento è stato quindi impossibile , poiché mancavano molti utensili essenziali. Nel complesso la vista mare è davvero splendida, ma alcuni aspetti dell’alloggio e delle dotazioni andrebbero migliorati per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole e in linea con quanto descritto nell’annuncio.

Große Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Super Ausblick und die Aufteilung der Wohnung war super. Wir kamen wegen Stau leider viel später an, doch unser Agent Gianluca war sehr nett und es hat noch geklappt mit der Übergabe. Nähe zum Zentrum zu Fuß mit 30 Minuten war auch toll.

− Besteck hatten wir nur Messer und Löffel. Haben uns dann günstig Besteck gekauft, war aber total ok, da die Wohnung sonst super war.

Nice view, but will not stay again

Nice view! Apartments are quit spacious, there are many dishes in the kichen.

− We booked two apartments — one with a terrace and one with a city view. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. First of all, collecting the keys was complicated. The address provided on Booking was incorrect, and the actual apartment was located more than 1 km away. I had also informed the host about our check-in time in advance, yet we still had to wait for over an hour before someone arrived with the keys. The apartment with the terrace had a very strong smell of dampness and mold. Even after three days of staying there, the smell did not disappear. It was extremely unpleasant and did not feel healthy or comfortable. Two members of our group were supposed to sleep on the sofa bed, but when I asked for bedding, the person who checked us in had to search for it around the apartment. The bedding did not appear clean and seemed to be stored in several different places. Additionally, the apartment description states that there is a dishwasher, but there was none.
