Abans d’arribar l’amabilitat dels propietaris. Faciliten l’accés i responen qualsevol consulta. La casa es molt bonica i nova. Esta equipada a tope, maquina de cafè, cuina complerta i moderna. Dormitoris, llits i banys confortables. Et sents com a casa. Te wifi, bona iluminació tant natural com a la nit. Fa venir ganes de quedar s’hi més a la casa que anar a voltar. Però com que esta a la zona més bonica de Lanzarote, tot ho tens a prop.

− No li puc posar cap però. Això si, si fa dies dolents i fred, cal portar roba extra, perquè la casa no disposa de calefacció, (com passa a totes les cases a Lanzarote ). Jersey i sabatilles i solucionat.

Comfortable place to stay

Ideal location one street back from the sea.Spacious,bright,very clean,modern apartment with brushed concrete floor and pine fittings and furniture.Top end appliances.Comfortable bed and living room.No ants,no noisy dogs.Thoughtful welcome pack of local produce on arrival (Loved the cactus and banana jam!).

− Hot water takes a while to get to the kitchen.Perimeter walls of the property are low in places compromising privacy.

Convenient location to the water for swims

Very neat with a great facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utilities.

− Water pressure is not very strong and took a long time to shower with warm water. It had rained a bit lately and so a couple of rooms felt damp which was a bit uncomfortable.

A perfect peaceful holiday home.

The beautiful simple modern house, with a high standard of decoration and newly refurbished. Well maintained and super clean and fresh, the beds new and very comfortable, with lovely white bedding and quality pillows. Lots of quality towels,for showering and also big thick towels for the beach. Hot water at all times and modern showers, the bathrooms again high quality. The kitchen has everything for a family to use, and to cook complete meals. Big dining table, again good size for a family. And living area has a long sofa and armchair, wide screen television ,dependable WiFi. Outside is a lovely spacious area with dining furniture and sun beds,garden shower. Easy parking in a big open public area,no parking fees. The whole place is light and peaceful, in a quiet area of the village with a view of the sea and village windmill. Cafes and small shops a short walk away and there is a real village feel down by the sea ,the natural swimming pool and the boules and sports pitch.
