5.0Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of appliance including fans for this hot weather
− The place needed a good clean and tidy. We got the impression that the property was not cleaned thoroughly with food crumbs on the worktops and the couches thick spiders webs behind the bedside units and used tissues on the bedroom floor, empty shower gel etc bottles left on the shower. The smoke alarm was already beeping when we walked in and had to remove the battery. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and various knocks and large dirty scuffs in rooms. The front of the house was very dirty with an overgrown hedge and a badly repaired bay window. The rear garden was full of weeds and the flower beds covered in unfinished plastic. The property was missing any character and felt very unloved with no effort put into the detail. There was no lamps or bedside lamps just stark led ceiling lights so find the bed in the dark. We were there for a family wedding so spent very little time there other than to sleep and as the beds were clean and comfortable, the water was hot I have scored it higher than if I had been there for longer or sightseeing.

− Only the microwave ,kitchen bin and kitchen window was left unclean ,which the property owner can sort out but overall the place was beautiful and tidy

− Sadly, there was an issue on the arrival, and the host didn't respond until a day later, this meant we booked a hotel and stayed there instead.

Great stay and lots of space. Beautiful home.
9.0Very spacious and nicely decorated. Central area and helpful hosts. Had lots of utensils and plenty of storage space. WiFi was good.
− Could do with a couple of spare blankets just for comfort.
