− No me avisaron que no estaba operativa la habitación, y tuve que buscarme una alternativa esa misma tarde-noche, lo cual es INACEPTABLE para una reserva hecha hace 7 meses

Clean, modern, spacious and in a great location.

Clean, modern, spacious. We’ve had everything we needed for our stay and the apartment was in a fantastic location a short drive away from the city centre. The apartment complex is in a beautiful location surrounded by forest, yet has good sized shops within walking distance. The property and the location were perfect for us and we would stay here again if given the opportunity.

− The instructions to get into the car park were a little confusing at first, and both of the parking gates had to be operated by the owner, us having to call as and when required so we’ve felt a little uncertain about coming back to park in the late hours.

Be ready to get 'suprise' SMS after your stay to request you more money - you left messy place (I washed all cutlery but left it on table as there was not enough space), you demaged the pot(!!!) - I washed it, but there was maybe some spot on it (?) (as there was no scrub provided, just a sponge). Host requested me charge for it. I reviewed all list he promised to provide and wrote back in similar manner (even though, I was ok with it as not everything should be perfect and flat is really nice)- my bad was not prepared, I couldn't find a bedding, toiletries were not there (shampoo was missing), the pan is tiny and missing lid. After my answer he stopped complaining and requesting additional money. Flat is really nice, small drive from Vilnius, surrounded by pine forest. All clean, all nice but if you are not perfect, be prepared for extra charge ( but don't pay it, if you really haven't demaged something)

Modern, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

− Für Zugang zum Wohngebiet (Schranke) und Tiefgarage muss jedesmal der Besitzer angerufen werden. Es sind sonst Details: Wifi-Info musste erst erfragt werden,Tipps, z. B. wie man TV aktiviert oder mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt kommt, wären hilfreich. Einfach ein paar Insider-Tipps, die man als Tourist gern hätte. Keine Wein- und Biergläser.
