1.0Casa simples, num bairro sossegado, mas com muitas obras a volta.
− Limpeza péssima! A cozinha estava num estado deplorável. Os utensílios gastos e sujos, eletrodomésticos cheios de gordura. Quem presta este tipo de serviço não pode apresentar uma casa nestas condições. Tínhamos reserva para 4 e só disponibilizaram duas toalhas! A água quente não funcionou e o ralo da banheira estava cheio de cabelos. Foi uma péssima experiência que nos obrigou a abandonar o alojamento. Os responsáveis não assumiram o erro, nem tampouco reembolsaram a diária.

6.0The location was good, within walking distance to the town centre.
− Upon opening the front door was greeted by the smell of cigarettes. The whole house stank, as someone who doesn't smoke I found it very unpleasant. It was a huge contradiction as there were signs saying no smoking. There were a number of windows opened to air out the place I assume. There was a cigarette/joint left on top of the extractor fan in the kitchen. There was also no hairdryer, I needed to go to the gym so found a place that offered shower facilities which included a hairdryer.

− There were 3 of us but only 2 bath towels provided. Noisy earthworks on construction site at back of the house
