7.0We was moved to a different caravan so it wasn’t this exact caravan but the one we stayed in was in a fantastic location 672 nab tower lane.

− Uncomfortable bed, springs broken, came in October, no radiators, fire place is just a decoration doesn’t work, tv wasn’t working properly struggled with remote, shower is a trip hazard super slippery, itinerary for caravan doesn’t match what’s in the caravan, no outside lights.

− Unfortunately we were missing bed linen (even though it stated it was provided) among some other less important things. This was an issue because the resort couldnt provide it (as be booked privately) and the owners didn’t respond to me very quickly (the next day in fact). We therefore had no choice but to drive back home to grab some. Not ideal!
Great sight poor accomadation
8.0Seal bay is a lovelly holiday sight with lots to do for all the family an has alot of diferent eating places ide give the park 10 out of 10 an will holiday here again
− The caravan was far to small to go into the double bedroom i hit my toes everyday just walking in the room very small an to put the sofa bed up very cramped with the table ,no room to put shopping only one overhead cuboard an opened a window an the window would not shut after there was a problem with the hinges i dont feel it was worth what i paid an would only rate it 4 out of 10
We had a lovely 5 day stay at The Selsey Retreat. The caravan park has lots to offer.
5.0The property was very clean and smelt like washing. Essentials were provided such as, bin bags, washing up liquid, tea towels and tea, coffee and sugar which was a welcoming touch. The beds were clean and comfy. The bed quilts and pillows were good quality and we slept really well. The lock box made it easy to get in on check in day.
− We struggled to find the caravan as it does not have a number. The property did not come with a welcome pack so we were not aware of what entertainment was available on site or how to access the amenities. There was no wifi and signal was very poor so the children could not access their consoles or iPads. There was no television, the aerial did not work. The owner did provide dvds on request. The cooker did not work.
