Posizione ottima nel centro di Castel di Sangro, con numerose attività (bar, ristoranti e negozi) raggiungibili in pochi passi da casa; facilità nel trovare parcheggio sotto cara; spazi grandi accoglienti e puliti; ottimo il riscaldamento della casa.

9.0Appartamento carino ed accogliente in zona molto centrale. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto positivo. Ottimo punto d’appoggio per visitare castel di Sangro e le zone limitrofe.
− Lo stabile non ha l’ascensore (circostanza nota e correttamente indicata nelle condizioni della struttura) Doccia non nuovissima ma comunque funzionante

8.0Complimenti ai proprietari che fin da subito si sono preoccupati affinché il soggiorno ci risultasse il più confortevole possibile..la casa super accogliente, pulita e profumata, nonostante fosse una mansarda. L unica cosa: verso un certo orario sono venuti a mancare i riscaldamenti, ma dopo un po hanno iniziato nuovamente a funzionare. Spero di ritornarci👍
