Filthy Condo

The location.

− * The Condo is filthy. It's not been cleaned for a while, nevertheless before our arrival. The worst culprit was the Bathroom, full of Mold, especially on the inside of the shower glass screen. Full of scum, cobwebs and dirt. The jet spray leaks from the top too. (I do have a good video of the bathroom but it seems like I can only upload photos). * There is no sofa-bed available as advertised (written and pic). * The half water-gallon provided is not mineral water, and tasted the same than the tap water. The 3 adults in our party tasted both, and we all 100% agreed, it was the same horrible taste but bottled. * Nothing Tropical-Themed within the Condo. * The furniture is falling to pieces. * The TV is not working either. Well, it turns on, but that is all about it. * The internet wasn't working for over 24 hours, during our stay. **The Agent in charge of the unit couldn't care less about the Guest, or any problems we experienced. She didn't pick up any calls, once we have entered the unit. She sent many SMS, when she felt like it, but only related to the topics she was prepared to discuss, and that doesn't include: cleaning, not working internet or the lack of the advertised sofa-bed. ***The owner in the other hand was very helpful, once informed. He didn't seem aware of the state of his condo.

The pool

− There where supposed to be free toiletries but there was nothing. The kitchen equipment was very poor a very bad frying pan and only one saucepan so you could look a good meal.There was supposed to be Netflix but nothing they did try to fix the problem but they where just not interested. The room was also full of ants so was bitten on the legs badly at night again the landlady was supposed to fix the problem but nothing happened. There was no support there at all if. You ask for something to be fixed they say I will send someone but they expect you to wait in all day .Also they charged 350 pesos per day for parking. If you have a room there parking should be free

La cama es enorme y es bien cómoda y y el apartamento es bastante amplio con muchos espacios para las cosas y la ropa

− Había como unas mormitas casi microscópicas que sobre todo te dabas cuenta al verlas en la mesa de la cocina al ser de un color casi blanco. También me picaron bastantes mosquitos, pero eso no es culpa del apartamento, en sí

We were very satisfied with the accommodations, very cozy and warm feeling . The Hostess was very kind and showed concern of arrival,checking in and out. We will definitely try to order again, hopefully very soon.

− Kitchen cabinets need to be upgraded . There was a door that was put aside , I guess it fallen off the hinges and other doors need to be fixed , might need an upgred same goes for the couch .
