Location was fantastic to amenities and beach.

− I needed to vacuum the entire property as the floors were filthy. After I managed to unclog all the tubes of the vacuum, I emptied it 3 times cleaning the property, BEFORE we utilised it! A good quality vacuum would get alot more out of the carpet. The grass was not mown, and therefore I was unable to let my child in the yard. Disappointing given the look of the grass in the photos. The tea towels for drying dishes were left in the washing machine unwashed, and therefore we were unable to dry dishes, as such, we left some last minute dishes air drying in the rack. Lastly the cleaner wad waiting out the front of the property at 0920, despite having access to the property until 1000, of which we left on time. I question if we were to go out for the morning, then come back, would the cleaner have let themselves in while we still had access to the property. I note that we have the same rights as tenants until our checkout time.

Location is near to No.3 Beach. Perfect for family to enjoy the beach and catching pipis

− No split air-conditioner in the rooms.

Position to venue I was attending I paid extra for accommodation with internet, however was unable to stay for the duration of stay as the internet did not work
