− Il wifi che viene dichiarato di esserci, non c’è, è un ripetitore di una sim, io avevo preso questa casa solo per il wifi e non c’era, potete immaginare come è stato piacevole scoprire ciò.

− La tipologia della casa. Per quanto situato nel centro del paese, ritengo il prezzo dell'appartamento esagerato. Ambiente angusto con totale assenza di finestre. Oltre la porta finestra di accesso alla casa, nei locali ci sono solamente due piccolissime finestrelle. Non c'e ricambio d'aria. Bagno e cucina di dimensioni non idonee.

Bellissima casetta per vivere al meglio Carloforte.
8.0Ottima posizione, casa molto carina e accogliente. Molto a tema, perfetta per chi cerca la tipicità e vivere l'esperienza del luogo.
− La connessione. Non solo manca la wifi ma non prende neanche il telefono. Per telefonare bisogna uscire fuori. Il parcheggio non è vicino ma giustamente se si vuole stare al centro non può essere che così.
