9.0Локацията на хотела е много добра! Използвахме услуга масаж и наистина мога да кажа , че човека е професионалист. Красива природа.
− Персонала в ресторанта има върху какво да поработи, подминават те доста докато успееш да поръчаш нещо за пийване, от към храна-доста от нещата по време на вечеря бях изстинали . Не са попречили тези минуси за добрата почивка , но е хубаво да се поработи над тях. Хубаво е да следят и съоръженията си в спа зоната , защото в първия ден сауните не работеха .

6.0The cleanness and the style of the property was great.
− The mattress was very, very hard. It was like sleeping on an air bed. The pool doesn’t have enough pool beds or even umbrellas. People were coming to the pool complaining. This might be normal for a beach but not for a hotel. Also, the half board does not include drinks. I mean soft drinks or even water.. you have to pay for water during dinner. During breakfast you can access free coffee and free juices but the juice machine was not working on our second breakfast. Also the coffee in the room was free only on the first night. When we asked for coffee refill for the second morning they said we have to pay €2 for each coffee, as the first morning we had a free one as a compliment. For a 4 star hotel this is ridiculous. We paid €440 for two nights (after a discount of €50). Then we checked other 4 star hotels around the area and the prices were half of that for the same facilities. Overall we thought the cost here is not worth what you get.

8.0Хотелът е разположен на прекрасно място.Стаите са чисти и комфортни. Спа центъра също е страхотен-от басейните до всички останали съоръжения.Храната също е вкусна.
− Слабото място е персонала.Липсва отношение към клиента-от бара на външния басейн до ресторанта-намусен и сърдит персонал за съжаление…На закуска пода на ресторанта не бе почистен от предната вечер-имаше храна по него, лепнеше. Закуската и вечерята трябва да започват по-рано-много от семействата са с малки деца и въпреки обявения час от 18.30 за начало на вечерята, тя започва в 19.30.Закуската също трябва да започва в 7.30 /малките деца са ранобудни/..:) И в разгара на лятото,когато се ползват предимно външните басейни, при ограничения брой шезлонги мисля,че не е удачно да се допускат външни лица (все пак гостите на хотела трябва да са с приоритет).
