− The heating is controlled remotely, and we could not adjust to our liking. We did text several times to say we were on the cold side. The split system was not working. It's not very satisfactory. There were only glasses for hot tea. It would be good to have teaspoons and proper cups. Also no milk.
Usually, no running water in the city from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Don't visit Potenza.
4.0The room is located in the historic center of Potenza, so it is close to restaurants and shops. I great location. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The people are nice and Enrico, the property owner, answers your calls.
− 1. NO RUNNING WATER FROM 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. That's right, NO RUNNING WATER FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS A DAY. This is not a hotel issue, it is ALL OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT HAS NO RUNNING WATER FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS A DAY. What is that? 2. Parking is almost impossible. Although we had a special registration for free parking anywhere public parking is available, there is virtually NO OUTSIDE PARKING available. We had to drive and drive and drive to eventually find a spot. Not a pleasant experience. However, get ready for this..... 3. Very limited space for placing clothing; a few hangars and two small desk drawers. 4. Good luck finding the place. You have to park your car...see item #2...and then you have to walk around to find the hotel. My wife has "eagle eyes", so she was able to see the hotel emblem while she WALKED AROUND and I drove the car looking for the ever elusive free parking space.

10.0Lovely apartment in central location in old town. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but could easily stayed longer.

− Extremely loud DJ music on our second night in the piazza immediately below our window from 10pm to 12.20pm. Not sure the owner could have anticipated that!

− Everything controlled by owner. It was cold but we couldn’t turn on the heaters/airconditioner. It it all controlled by someone else. No balcony and no city views.

The property, at the moment, is not equipped with storage tanks and at certain times of the evening and night it could remain without water.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
