− The beach! No beach really and filled with the algae, not being picked up! The smell was pretty intense.
Beautiful property nice location very quiet. Staff was lovely. Well cat place. I highly recommend.

An absolutely amazing vacation!!!
10.0This home is absolutely stunning. The pool is phenomenal. The location perfect. Secret beach is 15 min North, the city is 15 min south by golf cart. The grocery store being 2 min away was super handy. For sailing and deep sea fishing we were picked up at the Villas dock - could not have been easier. When we didn't want to cook, Cocoa beach a couple minutes away was easy and gorgeous as well!!!
− The beach at the villas is more or less nonexistent currently - it's mud more than sand. However, the views are amazing, the hamocks very relaxing. The hot tub is great.

Please note that once you land in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, a representative will meet you and will assist you to get on the next available transfer. There is a surcharge of US$15.00 per person for one way. Transportation from San Pedro Town to Belizean Cove Estates, arrival and departure transfers leave once per hour.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
