10.0Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den Phönixsee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Prachtig appartement met voldoende privacy en riant uitzicht vanaf het dak terras.
10.0Prachtig appartement met een zeer mooie ligging aan de Phönixsee. De accomodatie is van veel gemakken voorzien. De badkamer is mooi ruim, lekkere douche en heerlijk ligbad. Keuken is ook zeer modern en goed uitgerust. Mooi balkon om heerlijk te ontbijten en te ontspannen. Helaas hadden we temperaturen van meer dan 30 graden waardoor het op het balkon te heet was om buiten te zitten, maar dat was dan ook wel uitzonderlijk. De slaapkamer heeft een fantastische airco wat zorgt voor een heerlijk klimaat om 's nachts toch goed te kunnen slapen en uitgerust de dag te beginnen! Svetlana is een zeer vriendelijke host en is snel in communicatie. Top!

Traumhafte Tage am Phönixsee in Dortmund
8.0Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und Carport fürs Auto. Alles hat ganz unkompliziert geklappt. Wurden mit Rosen, Merci, frischem Obst und ner Flasche Wasser begrüßt.

10.0Super Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der schöne Fußweg direkt am See zu Restaurants und Bars dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.
