10.0Lovely, cozy place to stay. The street is beautiful and cool with many linden trees, which provide plenty of shade on a 40°C day. We could walk around easily because of the hundreds of cooling, big trees. The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. The aircons had a workout so cool to sleep. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. I also was very grateful to have a washing machine to do our laundry which dried in less than an hour in this heat. I was planning to use the laundromat downstairs but didn't need to.
− The car parking is paid by coins and if you don't have any, the laundromat downstairs has a coin change machine. The overnight stay is free but you need to provide coins for the afternoon and the next morning. Not expensive

10.0Viaggio spesso e posso garantire che difficilmente si trovano comodità, pulizia, cortesia, tutte nello stesso posto. Avevo necessità di pernottare con la mia famiglia ed una neonata, di stare comoda e vicino all'ospedale. Soluzione azzeccatissima. L'appartamento è ristrutturato, molto pulito, e con tutte le comodità, abbiamo trovato di tutto, succo di frutta, latte, marmellate, thè, brioche, acqua, sapone per lavarci, per i piatti, per i panni, non manca niente, microonde, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, lavastoviglie, una fantastica macchina per il caffè con capsule (ottimo), condizionatore in ogni ambiente.... Hanno pensato addirittura ad un rotolo di carta da cucina, e strofinaccio. Comodo per chi ha un passeggino, lettino per neonato con la sua biancheria. Il gestore è una persona competente e molto attenta. Mio Fratello ha detto: "questo sa lavorare", mia mamma: "sto meglio qua che a casa".
