Excellent séjour passé chez Raches. L'appartement-maison de plein pied est vaste, bien équipé et notamment de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, ce qui est très pratique pour l'aération des espaces. Surtout, c'est très lumineux, le must étant la partie séjour qui est ouverte au nord-est donc quasi sans lumière directe, avec vue dégagée sur la mer et de plein pieds avec une belle terrasse dans le prolongement. L'équipement est bon et l'accueil à la fois discret mais aux petits soins. Très bonne localisation dans cette partie de l'île aux plages plus sauvages. Le petit supermarché de Glossa fait l'affaire pour quelques jours, avec en prime un boucher de très bon niveau. Dans ces commerces l'accueil a été très agréable. Bref un très bon séjour de notre côté !

− Rien de particulier, il faut juste respecter les consignes d'alimentation du ballon d'eau chaude qui nécessitent un petit temps d'attente au retour de la plage.

A lovely spacious house with great view in quiet area, 5 minutes drive from Glossa. We stayed here for 12 days in July 2026 and absolutely loved it. 3br / 2ba, AC in every bedroom and in the living room. Washer, all the kitchen amenities (except dishwasher). Everything in the house is new. A large backyard with plenty of parking - it is rural area, so you just have a large lot of land with trees and flowers. Sea view (on the east side of the island). The building has two floors, we stayed on the main - second floor. There seem to be a smaller apartment / storage unit on the ground floor - it was locked and unoccupied (and it seems like it is generally not intended for a guest stay). So we had the whole place to ourselves. Great location: a short drive from Glossa (5 minutes) where you have butcher, bakery, few tavernas, decent supermarket for groceries. Tons of fantastic beaches within 10-20 minutes drive - on both - east and west side of the island. 40 minutes to the town of Scopelos. 15 minutes drive to Mamma Mia cliff. This (northern) part of the island has less tourists, which is great if you want to avoid crowds (though I found Scopelos generally lacking crowds - even in the main town area). I thought that we couldn't pick the better location to stay - pretty happy about it. Easy check-in, check-out and communication with host. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would come here again in a heartbeat. Scopelos turned out to be one of my favorite Greek islands so far - the amount of greenery (with most of it being pine forest) and quality of the beaches are unbeatable. This house is the perfect base to explore the island by car.

− Adding dishwasher would make the house even better (we knew that there is no dishwasher when we booked it, but having one would be lovely, I'd personally be willing to pay extra 10-20 EUR a night for a dishwasher). The house is in the rural area with vegetation and land around, so you have variety of insects coming at night - keep the doors and / or mosquito nets closed. There are also ants - we had to do some spraying and set up ant traps in 2 bedrooms and kitchen to manage them (both - spray and traps can be bought from the household goods store within 5 minutes drive). Those things were not a dealbreaker for us by any means.

Our stay in this house on Skopelos was a wonderful experience. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is peaceful and perfect for unwinding, with a breathtaking sea view. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to enjoy the peace, nature, and beauty of Skopelos.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι μεγάλο και άνετο,πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλες τις διάσημες παραλίες στην Σκοπελο,συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

It was a very nice vacation at Raches house for our family of 5. It was necessary for us to rent a car to get there, as it is located in a quiet part outside of Glossa, but it was worth it. The house is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished, with all new kitchen accessories and a coffee machine. It offers nice view over the sea. The owner is very nice and helpful, we had a great time and we hope to come back again.

O vila superba cu o vedere extraordinara spre mare si multa liniste. E o placere sa iei masa pe terasa de unde se vede marea. Gazde extrem de primitoare si vila utilata cu absolut tot ce aveti nevoie. A fost o placere sa petrecem aici cateva zile.
