7.0Centrally located to all types of activities local and outside of Franklin.
− The water is well water and has a slight odor to it but overall it is decent enough.

− The smell of water. Maybe a water softener? New pillows.
River was the best
9.0The river and fire pit were amazing! I got in the river 8 times in two days. The stars are extremely bright and clear there, reminded me of the Outerbanks in that regard. Also there are multiple bald eagles were right off the porch.
− We didn’t have access to firewood. Bring some with you.
Would love to return in the future.
9.0Loved that it was right on the river. So peaceful. Also the unit was super clean. Loved it!
− Only complaint was there were several steps you had to climb to access unit. S little difficult for those with back and knee problems especially carrying luggage.
We were able to relax, refresh and unwind.
