6.0Atrašanās vieta netālu no parka un 5 minūšu gājienā no jūras.
− Dzīvoklis bildēs izskatās labāk nekā dzīvē.Dīvains aromāts vannas istabā. Nelīdzena, čīkstoša dēļu grīda. Ieejas durvis ar ļoti sliktu skaņas izolāciju, var dzirdēt visu, kas notiek kāpņu telpā. Dzīvoklis atroadas padomju laika, nerenovētā "Hruščovkā"
