Le logement est fidèle à son annonce. Il a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes pour un séjour de 4 nuits à deux. En effet la salle de bain et la cuisine sont petits mais c’est à prévoir. L’emplacement est idéal, l’endroit est silencieux et confortable. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

− Plutôt poussiéreux et quelques truc fragiles.

− The room light bulbs were missing. Access to toilet/WC was very poor with ceiling height of just 4 feet. WC Toilet Seat was broken. Hot water shower was not working. Flow of water to basin was very poor. The room AC/Temperature Controller was not working. The owner refused to talk on phone when I called him and insisted on WhatsApp or Text message only. Overall experience was very un[leasant.

Great place to stay in Venice for a few days. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the main sights and everything you might need nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Niente.

− Ragazzi miei.. che merda. Siamo arrivati che tutto era rotto, doccia, water, scarpiera, la tapparella della finestra nel salone, la finestra con l’acqua dentro e la wifi non c’è. Per entrare c’è sempre un laghetto di acqua da superare. Asciugamani e travi sopra il letto pieni di polvere e sicuramente anche sull'armadio, mi è venuta l’asma la prima notte, ci sono insetti morti nel letto, la casa è piena di formiche e nel legno ci sono i tarli, e zanzare morte sul muro e che non ti fanno dormire la notte e se non fosse abbastanza ci siamo svegliati con tutti pizzichi di insetto (acaro dei tarli/tarli o formiche) sul corpo e insetti morti nel letto Non so che altro dire… zero pulizia, prezzo troppo alto per come era ridotta, puzza che non vi dico. E NON CI ANDATE. Il proprietario non esiste, ha numeri diversi e non ti risponde troppo spesso. TRUFFA. Le foto che vedete sono state scattate e modificate con L’IA, nella realtá le lampade non sono quelle e le stanze non stanno messe cosi bene, fuori non ci sono quelle piante e uno dei quadri é storto, inoltre luce quasi inesistente. E la cucina sta in un armadio. Tutto documentato e non sto esagerando, io ho fatto viaggi in tenda e amaca, sono una che si adatta, quindi sono piú che sincera, é la mia prima recensione in non so quanti anni di viaggi, mai capitata una cosa del genere, abbiamo ancora il prurito e i punti rossi addosso.

The apartment was ideally located in the middle of Venice, and it was super clean and comfortable. I recommend this place 100%; the value for money is outstanding.😉
