Very disappointing and awful treatment. Avoid if you can.
1.0− Terrible. I had not heard from the person responsible for the property so called them. When I called the number the person on the other end put the phone down. Subsequent calls went straight to voicemail. Similarly, there was no response to my messages. Booking.com were brilliant at sorting me out, but it was highly stressful.
