9.0Clean, very good water pressure, very quiet at night (out of season in october), good location next to the Bus Station, supermarkets nearby, 15min to the beach, great starting place for hikes. Good and easy contact for check in. Extension cord in a drawer for power needs. Neutral: No Wi-Fi that we knew of, which we didn't need anyway. The matrace had a few uneven spots and there was no pan with anti-stick coating and no real cutting board for preparing food, but hey. All in all, very good value for money.
− We had a few Moskitos / Zanzaras and every knife was dull, so cutting an onion was a challenge. But these are all in all nitpicks, so no worries.
Für die italienische Standarts war einigermassen ok. Würde aber nicht ämpfehlen.
5.0Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Großes Kühlschrank. Sehr gute Kommunikation bei Schlüsselübergabe. Supermarkt zwei Minutten zu Fuß erreichbarer.
− Mangelchafte Sauberkeit. Sehr harte Kissen. Kaputte Balkonmarkise. Undichte Fenster. Aussicht aus dem Balkon auf zwei große Hallen. Kein Backofen (trotzt Beschreibung).

8.0L’emplacement parfait qui nous permettait de ne pas utiliser tous les jours la voiture. La grande terrasse ensoleillé superbe.
− La cafetière italienne qui donne un excellent café mais trop petite pour le petit et un grille pain serait un plus.

9.0Allestimento, bagno ampio e finestrato, esposizione, terrazza ampia, comodità di parcheggio gratuito, letti comodi, condizionatore utile all'occorrenza anche se c'è un buon giro d'aria.

9.0This was a very good stay. The apartment is good size and has a large balcony. It was very quiet. The location is very good, only 10 minutes walk from the centre. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.
