Great stay in a well-situated apartment with a large private pool

The beach Spiaggia di Gallina Avola is just 1 kilometer away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, so there is really no need to use a car. It was a bit crowded at the beginning of July, but the sandy beach was clean and well-maintained, with a gentle entry into the water that is perfect for children. At first glance, the property may seem to be located in the middle of nowhere, but that actually turns out to be one of its greatest advantages. The area is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, with only a small neighboring resort nearby, providing excellent privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The private swimming pool (approximately 10 x 4.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep) was exclusively for our use and was a fantastic feature of the property. The owners live on-site, yet they have mastered the art of being available when needed while remaining almost invisible otherwise, giving guests complete privacy. They are exceptionally kind and hospitable people, and we were delighted to find a selection of welcome sweets waiting for us upon arrival – a very thoughtful touch. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. The bathroom was modern and thoughtfully designed. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with separate air-conditioning units, ensuring maximum comfort. There is also a large TV screen, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, this is an excellent place for anyone looking for peace, privacy, comfort, and easy access to the beach. We would happily stay here again.

− The only minor drawback concerns the sleeping arrangements for a family with older children. The sofa bed in the living room is quite narrow and may not provide sufficient comfort for two teenagers. The owners kindly provided an additional cot, which was appreciated, but it was somewhat short and the mattress was not particularly comfortable. As a result, from a sleeping-comfort perspective, the accommodation is best suited for two adults and one teenager, rather than two adults and two older teenagers. Other than this small issue, everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

Villa Sesife è un luogo delizioso dove passare le vacanze. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Noto, Siracusa e le principali città della zona. Inoltre in un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla spiaggia e non potrebbe essere più tranquilla. La piscina è molto bella e il giardino tenuto perfettamente con alberi per l'ombra e un bel pratino. I padroni di casa sono due persone squisite.

− La strada è un po' stretta, ma si arriva bene.

Bien situé, facile d'accès et bien équipé. Très bons hôtes et très agréables. Stefania était disponible et a répondu facilement à nos demandes.

− Le logement était plus petit qu'attendu. Idéal pour un couple avec un enfant, ca devient serré si il y a besoin de 2 lits pour 2 enfants.

Magnifique jardin paysager très bien entretenu,grande piscine, logement bien situé pour visiter Syracuse et Notto ,plage à proximité avec parking à 3.5€/j en semaine et 5€ le dimanche très bien aménagé (douches et WC) ,hôtes présents dans maison mitoyenne mais très discrets et très agréables.Acceuil avec boissons,fruits, spécialités sicilienne. Logement très bien agencé, joliment décoré

− Malgré l aménagement optimal, logement un peu petit pour quatre,mais belle terrasse pour manger à l extérieur l.ete. Lit d appoint pliant à changer,grince +++ et matelas peu confortable ( mon fils n avait que 10 ans)

I proprietari sono persone fantastiche… quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino con dei dolci molto buoni…Piscina tenuta super pulita…un posto ideale per una famiglia come noi… Super Consigliata
