Architecture beauty in a nasty environment

The interior of the place is beautiful, decorated with taste, the harbour view is breathtaking, the surrounding area is quiet, it's literally a 4min walk from the free harbour parking. The host knows his job, he is welcoming with the biggest smile ever. Great stuff!
− The surrounding area is quiet because there are derelict abandoned properties around the accommodation, they are also probably the reason why there are cockroaches present on the rooftop loggia/terrace. I've been considering not to leave any review, as the host was really friendly, but the verbal agreement that we'll be refunded via booking for the nights we did not use (as we left due to the cockroaches) was not respected, booking also didn't do their part (25€ voucher is a joke) and my vacation costed me double as I had to book another accomodation. The refrigerator was warm and there was no WiFi. The overall experience left us with a bitter aftertaste.

Kreativ-geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fw über 3 Etagen. Oberst gemütliche Lounge mit tollem Ausblick über den Ort und Hafen. Sehr netter Vermieter, der gute Tipps zur Insel, Restaurants etc gibt.
