− L'host perché io ho chiamato per fare sapere per l'orario di arrivo,ma lei ha detto sbrigatevi che ho da fare... La mattina dopo mi chiama per dirmi che dovevamo chiamarla quando siamo andati via, noi siamo andati via alle 9:45 abbiamo pagato e nn ho vissuto mai una cosa del genere, già la sera prima mi stava venendo di dire fai il rimborso e andiamo a un'altra parte ma comunque nn ci si comporta così con i clienti nn ci tornerò mai più

− Posizione, richiesta di avere telecamere accese in giardino durante il nostro soggiorno, richiesta di un prezzo più alto in privato e poi lo abbiamo trovato su booking a 50 euro in meno. Quindi personale poco onesto su questo
