10.0We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. The accommodations were comfortable, very clean and modern. The location is hard to beat, right near the subway and Termini station, with most major sights within an easy walk (around 2 km).
− The only minor improvement would be adding a bit more cookware in the kitchen, particularly a few small pots. Overall, highly recommended!

− The lobby and typical floor lobbies are quite dark and old . My son got insert bites after sitting at the ground floor lobby sofa. The water pressure in the showers was very low. Can’t have two showers at the same time . Even u only use one, the flow was also not good enough . Cleaning charge was informed just before our departure & the city tax were both excluded from the original price.
