− The bathroom door is a nuisance, needs fixing or replacing, you can't close it properly, even slamming it( which is very inconvenient at night) will not shut it completely.

10.0Well appointed, clean, comfortable and in a location that suited me needs.
− The only comment I'd make is the stairs are very steep and the landing is tiny meaning it would be easy to fall. No problem for people with good mobility.
