Highly overpriced (at least 3x) for a very basic hotel that is not even located in exact locetions as per its Google Map

Staff was very good and customer friendly.

− Location was misleading. Actual location is different than location tagged in Google Maps. Claims of Big car parking facilities are misleading as only 2 cars fit in the parking area. No closet in the room so all bags had to be kept on floor. Facilities were basic. Blanket was not clean. They replaced it after our request but the new one was just little bit better. TV remote was not working but they replaced with working one. However both remotes (old and new) had battery cover that was broken. Breakfast was basic - we only had it on first day and skipped for the next 2 days. Even the table in room was too small to accommodate food ordered via room service. Overall it felt overpriced for almost 9000 per night. Other similar hotels were costing just 2000-3000 Rs per night.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and it was wonderful! We had a room with a mountain view — every morning we woke up and couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scenery. The view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay very relaxing. The location is also convenient: you can walk to the city center either along the road or take a more direct route via the stairs. The stairs didn’t bother us at all — it was actually a nice little morning workout. There is a great coffee shop nearby — Arabica — and many delicious restaurants within walking distance.

I wish our visit was further extended.

Clean and well maintained property. Our room had lovely views, including top mountain peak with snow. Room service and evening dinner was excellent. Overall, good location including friendly staff and most importantly, we will stay here again if ever we are in this area.

− Breakfast was a little disappointed and improvement in this area will most probably yield beneficial effects.

We booked this hotel in McLeodganj expecting a comfortable and premium stay considering we paid around ₹9,000 for just one night for 3 people. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what you would expect at that price point. The bedsheets and towels provided were visibly dirty, which was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. Basic hospitality was also lacking — the hotel provided only 1 complimentary water bottle for 3 guests, and we were asked to pay extra for 2 additional bottles. For a hotel charging premium rates, this felt unnecessarily cheap and unwelcoming. The room itself was just average in size and did not justify the high tariff in any way. Overall, the stay did not match the price, service, or expectations of a quality hotel experience in McLeodganj. Definitely not value for money.
