10.0La ubicación un 10, a 5 minutos de la playa y la piscina según sales de la terraza. Súper tranquilo, aún siendo urbanización nada ruidoso, todo muy respetuoso. Muy limpio y cuidado. El trato con el dueño muy atento y amable. Plaza de garaje amplia.
