Enttäuschend unhygienisch - zu einem Wucherpreis!
1.0Lage ist ist ruhig und idyllisch.
− Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – inakzeptabler Zustand der Unterkunft • Unerträglicher Gestank in der Nacht – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. • Hygieneprobleme: Ameisen in der Küche, schmutzige Laken, verschmutzte Mikrowelle, stark verstaubte Lampen, Wände, verschmutzte Fliegengitter, Silberfische im Bett, Spinnweben im Bett, an den Balken…. • Sicherheitsmängel: morsche Balken am Steg mit hervorstehenden Nägeln, defekte Fenster, Wespennest direkt beim Badehäuschen • Viele technische Defekte: TV ohne Funktion, kaputter Kühlschrank, nicht abfließendes Duschwasser, unbrauchbares Elektroboot, Fenster lassen sich tlw. nicht schließen oder öffnen. • Allgemein machte die Unterkunft einen vernachlässigten, ungepflegten, in die Jahre gekommen und lieblosen Eindruck! Die Lage ist top – keine Frage- rechtfertigt aber sicher nicht diesen Wucherpreis, für das was geboten wird! Sehr schade! Der verlangte Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sogar vorzeitig abgebrochen, da an eine weitere Nacht in diesem Gestank nicht zu denken war! Diese Erfahrung war sehr enttäuschend – sowohl hinsichtlich der Unterkunft selbst als auch der Erwartungen an die Plattform. Eine gründliche Qualitätskontrolle seitens Booking.com wäre hier dringend notwendig.
