Struttura ordinata,spaziosa, molto pulita, tranquilla, molto rifornita di tutto il necessario. Terrazzo molto spazioso e rilassante. Grande ordine. Staff molto gentile e subito disponibile per assisterci. Luogo tranquillo. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo.

− Il tunnel che portava dal complesso al centro città, ma non è una questione di cui sono responsabili i proprietari ma bensì la città.

Good access to the beach and spacious terrace

A compact, clean apartment, literally a few minutes on foot from the beach, with a huge terrace and parking. Do not be misled by Google, which takes you for a walk around the city to get to the beach: there are stairs at the back of the parking lot that lead under the railway, and in 2 minutes you are at the beach. The gate opens with the same remote as the gate at the front. The property is ideal both for enjoying the beach and for exploring the sights nearby. Now, understanding the owner's preferred check-in process, I would love to return.

− The apartment is really compact with hardly any storage or room to open suitcases. Check-in was complicated and long: We've announced in advance that we would arrive a bit later than the usual check-in time. Communication by WhatsApp was not very fast - the check-in process took over an hour - and the owner only gave us the instructions to get in once the IDs had been scanned and the city tax had been transferred. I found it a bit odd that after sending all our IDs to the owner, the owner refused to send the bank account number via the booking.com app, citing privacy, forcing us to enter the number manually. I felt that the owner's convenience was ahead of the guests' comfort. Admittedly, all this could have been settled in advance - we will surely do, if we return.

Giardini Naxos e dintorni

Tutto ok, pulizia, arredamento moderno, tutto funzionante e quasi nuovo. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, dal bagno alla cucina. Terrazzo grande, con tavolino da 10-12 persone. Lavatrice, stendino con tutti i detersivi che possono servire. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata online o telefonica, dall'entrata nel Residence all'uscita verso il paese e la spiaggia. Molto veloce nelle risposte o info, gentilissimo.

− Non ci è piaciuta l'uscita verso il paese, il passaggio sotto la ferrovia a piedi. Ma questo non centra con la struttura, ma bensì con Giardini Naxos, paese non molto pulito con immondizie ovunque. Nel Residence ci sono altri appartamenti, molti sfitti e decadenti e la piscina in disuso.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We received clear information concerning late check-in and our host was ready to disperse doubts whenever we had them (very fast and kind contact!). The apartment was spacious, clean and, thanks to air conditioning, warm even in the middle of February in the evenings! The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location is obviously great, close to the sea, bus stops and, which was crucial, it has a parking lot. We cannot wait to book our Next Stay in Sicily in Miranaxos 🩷

− There were literally no minuses! 😀

Great location a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and sea in giardini Naxos. Have stayed here in fall and during the winter months. Great patio with awning. Responsive host.

− I had the misfortune of incurring a hit and run in this gated secure parking. Video surveillance of the parking lot would have solved this mystery.
