− The area around the front was dirty and not well looked alter. The rooftop requires a bit of tlc and to be more secluded. The indoor areas needed some tlc.

8.0Everything was great, cleanliness on point. cosy vibes and so much to do from reading books, playing board games, jigsaws and hot tub.
Lovely Apartment - Great Location
10.0Central location. Everything was within a 10 minute walk, including the beach. It was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Very well kitted out kitchen with everything you could need to cook.
− There are quite a lot of stairs to get up to the main floor - but this can’t be helped as it is just the property layout
Comfortable but no parking and jacuzzi very overlooked
8.0Slightly quirky (in a good way) and very comfortable. Only 2 of us rambling around in the vast space though. Had everything we needed. I thought the sex toy instruction booklet left prominently on the kitchen table was highly amusing, my partner suspected others might be offended!
− It lists parking as a feature. No, there is no parking. There is on-street parking nearby but limited to 2 or 4 hours. In the end we had to park several minutes away in the NCP. The lack of parking should be clearer. Whilst the property boasts a rooftop jacuzzi, it's on the first floor, lower than the apartment, and is overlooked by the many 4 storey buildings in the road. The photo is taken from a convenient angle but don't be fooled, it's not private.

− Too many stairs no information pack how to use facilities etc hot tub which stated beeping because of error didn’t know what we should do
Lovely central Eastbourne flat
8.0The flat is lovely, very spacious, decorated beautifully, and very clean. Owners have clearly gone above and beyond to make sure it has everything you would need. Great central location and windows are great and block out all noise from outside. Was a nice touch to have shower gels, shampoo, hand soap etc and tea bags in the kitchen! Also great to have Netflix, prime video etc. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
− Only negative is that the kitchen door lock is broken so doesn't lock which doesn't feel very secure at night.
