− The apartment is infested by insects. Fleas! Fleas!!! Also a cockroach and some weird creature I don’t know the name of. I contacted the owner and did not receive any response.

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests deserve to know about my experience. I stayed here for 6 days and initially tried to overlook the issues because I had just come off multiple 12–13 hour night shifts and simply needed a place to sleep. However, several incidents occurred that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. On the day after check-in, someone associated with the property entered the room and sprayed RAID insecticide while my husband and I were occupying the room. Our clothes, luggage, food, and personal belongings were all inside at the time. If pest treatment was necessary, it should have been completed before guests checked in. Throughout the stay, I observed multiple cockroaches in the room and documented them with photos and videos. I also developed several insect bites during my stay. The most concerning incident occurred on my checkout day. I paid an additional $50 to extend my stay until 4:00 PM. While I was asleep during my paid extension, someone entered the room using the access code without knocking or obtaining permission (the guy on the photo). I woke up to find the individual already inside the room. This was extremely unsettling and felt like a serious invasion of privacy. Guests should be able to expect a clean room, privacy, and notice before anyone enters an occupied space. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the property addresses its pest issues and improves its respect for guest privacy moving forward.
