Regarding the Guayero building, the assessment should be based on the individual apartments, not just the Guayero itself. The standard of the apartments in this building varies significantly. I lived in apartment number 11 and what I write next concerns this apartment. The apartment's furnishings were adequate, and anything missing was promptly purchased.

− There were two major problems. First problem: The description indicated the apartment consisted of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Unfortunately, I didn't notice in the photos that the bedroom wasn't a separate room, but rather part of the living room, separated by a curtain. I believe that in such a case, it should be illegal to claim there's a living room and a bedroom, implying two rooms. Second problem: The lack of a separate key for the second person. This created problems with independent time management.

La propriétaire, Maria (personne très agréable et très disponible) est venue nous apporter les clés en main propre et nous faire visiter l'appartement. Appartement très propre, très très bien équipé, très bien situé. Lieu calme et il y a tout aux alentours (bars, resto, petit magasin,...)

Los Cristianosi napfényes sétány melletti apartman

A lehető legjobb helyen volt a lakás, a Los Cristianosi sétánytól pár méterre, kényelmes, nagy, ócéánra és pálmafákra néző terasszal, kényelmes ágy, kanapé, mindennel felszerelt konyha, nem kellett venni sót, cukrot, olajat, fűszereket. Minden adott volt egy karácson,i menü főzéséhez. Külön háztartási helység a mosógéppel és székekkel, ággyal a napozáshoz. Sokszor voltunk már Tenerifén és Los Cristianosban is, de ez volt mind közül a legjobb szállásunk. Köszönjük Maria!
