2.0− Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the apartment. When I arrived at the property, the key box was not opening. After spending considerable time trying, I asked for help from a cleaning staff member who was working in the same apartment. She was eventually able to open the key box, but only with considerable difficulty, and I finally received the keys. I also tried calling the property contact person, but I received no response. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again during check-out. The key box would not open, and I wasted a significant amount of time trying to access it. Since I had a train to catch and was traveling with my wife and my 15-year-old son, I could not wait any longer. Therefore, I handed the keys to the residents of the apartment directly opposite yours on the second floor. I would also like to mention a few other issues: * The air conditioner was leaking water, which made the carpet wet. * The apartment is on the second floor, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. * The apartment is approximately 2 km from Lucerne railway station, which was less convenient than expected. What disappointed me most was that when the city tax payment was required, I received an immediate WhatsApp message, but when I needed assistance with the key box problem, there was no response to my calls or messages. 10.0Geweldig! Erg schoon en netjes. Heerlijke kussens. Zelfs de waterkoker is super schoon van binnen. Bushalte dichtbij. Kan je gratis mee reizen dus we hebben de auto laten staan. Kleine winkeltjes dichtbij en om de hoek Memo’s restaurant kan je lekkere broodjes eten.
