TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PROPERTY, SO MANY MISREPRESENTATION, THE WORST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER SEEN

− the location is out of nowhere, you will pass narrow roads, squatter's area, garbage dumping ground, a wet market before you will able to locate this property. They listed 6 bedrooms but its actually 5 bedrooms that is only 9sqm big with one queen bed that has 4 towels and toothbrush insisting that 4 people (adults) can sleep in one queen bed. They have also bunk bed and telling that 4 people can sleep, two in lower bed and two in upper bed, WHAT? worst than a dormitory, at least in a dorm like accommodation you can get one single bed for your own use. But they charged 30,000 for our group of 20people, and they only have 5 beds and 1 bunk bed to give us. Are you kidding me??? Worst part, the owner is in Japan and cannot be contacted, caretakers are not well trained, dont know what to answer, only they can say was thats all they have period!! We booked it because its written Japanese, and with background staying in japanese accommodations, we thought this will be good because Japanese are meticulous in details. 20people in 5 beds + bunk bed, that is not meticulous in details. The area is smelly also, the wash rooms are dirty and like public toilets. For 20 people they provided 6 seater dining table. many mosquitoes are roaming the area. After 2 hours of trying to call customer service of booking.com and the property owner, we decided to leave and file a complaints afterwards because we were so tired and hungry already. No restaurants or stores nearby. Its like a haunted house in a middle of nowhere. Booking.com should verify each and every accommodation they listed. This really misrepresented their property, there is NO such "Japanese inspired" in this accommodation except they put their beds on the floor and the owner is staying in Japan.

Great family staycation/celebration place for 2 days

The property was looking and feeling clean, airy, bright, big enough, with refreshing greenery, continuous non-heated jacuzzi, multiple rooms and toilet & bath. All rooms were airconditioned! The outdoor dining area had roll up blinds, perfect for any time of the day. The amenities were such a highlight: massage chair, billiards and swimming pool, and a projector and a wide white wall. We had all that we needed and couldnt recall anything missing during our 2-day stay and celebration. Property caretakers have always been on call, ready to help with things or food to buy from the market. They were very polite and respectful of privacy and made sure that our needs were taken cared of during our stay. Even shower slippers were provided, along with the towels and continuous supply of toiletries and garbage bags. Drinking water and cooking Tools were included.

− Going to the location. All of us, including our visitors and the food delivery riders got lost and had difficulty reaching the place. It would have been better to see signages leading to the place. Entryway is also quite very narrow that an SUV can hardly pass through. There was a very narrow bridge that an SUV can miss. Hope that bridge gets wider in time. Just when we are all about to take a bath on the 2nd day, the water supply was cut and needed repair. Although the team was able to address it the same day, it took them almost 2hours to repair. It just was too inconvenient for us preparing for a Mini program for our occasion. The insects especially mosquitoes were too big. Bringing an insect repellant is a must. There have been too many steps or stairs going from one point to another. No hand rails present nor visual (lights/reflectors) caution signs on the steps. Such design must be from the Japanese motif but this must be noted for safety considerations from guests moving around even with wet feet from the pool. If all these points could be addressed, we can rate the stay with 10 and we will definitely go back.
