6.0It was okay. A little bit like a prison but good for the price
− Cobwebs and spiders in my room. Marks on the walls. Shared washroom was pretty gross.
Da ich nicht ins Zimmer rein konnte und kein Ansprechpartner zu erreichen war, Buchung storniert.
1.0− Es gab keinen Schlüssel, nur den Zugangscode, aber Zimmernummer wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner, weder telefonisch noch per Mail war jemand erreichbar. Ich war gezwungen eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Auch in den nächsten Tagen war niemand erreichbar. Auf meine Rückerstattung-Aufforderung hat niemand reagiert, der abgebuchte Betrag wurde nicht zurück bezahlt.
Insgesamt eher positiv, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.
6.0− Lage im Ort gut, nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Schließtechnik ging das dann gut. Die Sauberkeit völlig in Ordnung. Problematisch die Toiletten- und Waschraumsituation: Bei beiden keine Geschlechtertrennung!Geschlechtertrennung
Es gab keinen da ich nie an einen Menschen gelangt bin der bei denen arbeitet

− Keine Kommunikation mit echten Menschen. Ich versuche seit drei Tagen einen Menschen zu erreichen und bekomme eine KI aufgebunden. Auf einem Anrufbeantworter gesprochen, dass ich einen Rückruf erwarte, welche nie Kam. Ich habe das Gefühl das diese Apartment garnicht existiert. Ich stand an der angegeben Adresse, wo nicht ausgeschildert wurde und Nachbarn gesagt haben das sie diese Apartments nicht kennen. Ich empfehle euch nicht hier zu buchen. Das ist das Kunden unfreundlichste was ich je hatte. Wiederholung seit drei Tagen versuche ich mit irgendwem Kontakt aufzunehmen
