− Paid higher price for 100% cancelation option, unfortunately did not read the fine script that you're only able to cancel on the same day of booking. I made the booking at night, so had to pay more for 3 hours worth of time to be able to cancel. Seems like a scheme to make more money. Whether this is an option from booking.com or the owner, I'm moving away from this platform as I felt mislead. Canceled with the owner on Wednesday for a booking from Wed to Sat, but due to unforeseen personal reasons, requested a refund (as I thought that was what I've booked and paid for) and hoped for at least a partial refund and there was at least still time for a new reservation for the weekend for the establishment. Was denied a refund by the owner. Also, in the end we drove to the the establishment, but upon arrival felt we were heavily mislead by the reviews of the establishment on booking.com about the location. It felt unsafe, the area was situated next to an informal settlement, the road leading to it was not good and also felt unsafe. On cleanliness and beds etc I cannot comment as we left.

1.0− The beds were dirty with stains on them and the pillows were dirty as well..the house had stuffy smell and the outside of the house looks abandoned and not well looked after
