10.0Loved the food, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the room...so much so that we returned as our flight was cancelled! Lovely pool too!!
We would recommend as it’s a fantastic location.
9.0Location in heart of the rain forest and beautifully decorated reception area with antiques and collectibles. Has a bit of a quirky vibe but we loved this. Restaurant had fabulous food at reasonable prices with lots of birdlife around. Pool overlooking the rainforest is spectacular.
− Some of the staff require more training on basics for example we asked for an extra pillow case and we were given one that hadn’t been laundered.
A lovely place to explore Sinharaja Forest. I look forward to staying here again.

Most amazing location in the rainforest
9.0Jansens was such a special place to stay. The views of the rainforest are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool which overlooks the jungle. It felt incredibly peaceful and unique. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern bathrooms that felt luxurious. Despite being surrounded by nature, we didn’t have any creepy crawlies in our room at all, which was a huge plus. The staff were also incredibly helpful and made our stay even better with how friendly and attentive they were.
