10.0The unit was spacious and everything we needed was available. Extra beddings, pots and pans, cutlery,, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer etc. The bathroom was also good and complete. A very good choice and definitely value for money.

8.0Clean, well equipped, good location for getting into town. Ideal for a short stay in Exeter.
− Pots and pans were a little dirty and the main road was very noisy which isn't ideal for light sleepers.
Comfortable and convenient!
10.0Great location for the city centre, compact (advert said 1 bedroom but it’s actually a studio flat) but clean and had all we needed.
− The nearby car parks are fairly pricey (£18 per day). There could be cheaper options further afield but I didn’t check.
