− there were signs of wear and tear -a screwdriver was propping up the shower ! next door to a pub which i wasn’t aware of .

Great location lots of space needs some work done on it.

The location was great and space in the property was great too and the bed was very comfortable

− It needed some maintenance work on it - it wasn’t very clean when we arrived and there places that need decorating like the kitchen ceiling and main bedroom walls . The carpet and mat were very grubby in the main bedroom. It did not feel like luxury. Could do with someone sweeping up the bird poo that greats you on arrival and is on the outside furniture. Fire alarm going off was annoying but was dealt with.

Great location, lovely big airy space but don’t go when England are playing 🤣

Location is excellent and the apartment on the ground floor was cool even in the heatwave. We were able to check out an hour later however the cleaners were still there at 10 Don’t bother us but we’re sat outside in the porch, a teeny bit intimidating

− The apartment next to us was occupied by a gang of lads having a very good time until the early hours , they had their door open for the heat and it was literally three feet from my bed .

Great location, let down by finishes

The location is amazing The views are spectacular In the main bedroom waking up to the sea in a perfectly positioned comfy bed was breathtaking The kitchen is large & well equipped The TV is huge with a generous selection of channels Great walking opportunities & loved having the dog with us Plenty of parking outside on the road even on a busy warm Saturday Problem with blind & rectified promptly It could do easily be a very high 9 or 10 BUT…

− Where do I start. The finish lets it down badly A great looking shower in the main bathroom but isn’t connected Toilet seats very wonky It appears a screwdriver is keeping the shower tray in place in the en-suite Lino & carpets badly fitted & fraying Wires over the carpet Couldn’t get the oven or grill to work The blinds don’t go up & down with ease & needed maintenance to come The outdoor space was unkept with loose tiles & too many bird droppings It’s a ground floor flat with people above & can be noisy with feet at times

So much potential but sadly fell short.

Location was fantastic for viewing the water and accessing the beach, restaurants, and shops. Flat was very spacious and had lots of room to spread out. Host, Pete, was responsive and helpful.

− This place has so much potential - the kitchen was very nice and the living room was comfortable and has views that can't be beat. But the patio, bedrooms, bathrooms, and entryway need attention. The carpets and bathroom flooring should be updated, they are torn up in places. The main bedroom is charming but a room that faces sunrise and sunset absolutely needs blackout curtains! Unfortunately because it was next to a bar, there was noise until 1130pm each night, I'd recommend providing earplugs. As a prior renter stated, the outdoor area, which was a selling point for me when booking, needs to be cleaned and hedges trimmed. The significant amount of bird droppings was hard to take, something a few minutes with a hosepipe during turnover would cure. This could easily be a 9+ in ratings if more attention were paid to these details. Sadly it means I wouldn't go back for this price point.

Perfect seafront location. Well equipped spacious and comfortable.

− The garden is very overgrown which spoils the experience as it’s not relaxing looking at overgrown hedges and bird droppings on the terrace.
