10.0We loved the location of the hotel. It was a convenient location. We also liked that it was very modern and clean. The staff was very helpful to answer all our questions. The housekeeper (Jasmine) was also great! Despite the language barrier, we felt that everyone was very accommodating.

9.0The hotel is located in an excellent location with clean and tidy rooms. My butler NianGao provided thoughtful and attentive service. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are the best. I highly recommend this hotel and I will totally come back here. Oh, and the oversized bath tub in the room is epic…I was on the 43rd floor

8.0The location was fantastic as were the staff and the amenities.
− It was inconvenient that his is not a typical hotel where you can go downstairs for breakfast. We had to go next door to a convenience store to buy prepared meals etc.if I had have realised I would not have booked the hotel as there is plenty of nice traditional hotels in the area.
