10.0Was in town for a quick trip for a wedding. Perfect place to stay. M Mammoth distillery was just down the street for a nightcap. And it was lovely to meet Leo.
This place was homey and in a quiet neighborhood.

− The AC unit wasn’t super effective but glad it was there!!!
We were just using the flat as a base to ride our motorcycle from. It was perfect for that.
10.0It was very clean and in a nice quiet area. It was fine for 2-4 people.
− No big issues.
Overall the stay was great. There are just a few things that are a little nit-picky.
6.0It was very beautifully landscaped and the price was amazing for what we got. The beds were unbelievably comfortable also. Quiet.
− It wasn’t exactly the cleanest when we got there. The toaster oven rack and the pan inside were both dirty and you had a load of sheets and towels just sitting in the dryer. Some suggestions to improve the stay overall would be to have a broom and dustpan for guests to use. Sometimes sand gets tracked in and it would be nice to clean that up when staying there for multiple days. A small kitchen garbage would also be more convenient than trying to throw everything into a tiny little bathroom can. A couple bowls in with the rest of your dishes would be nice too. Label your remotes… it was a bit confusing at first.
