Good location responsive owner, I would stay there again.

− The property would benefit from a deep clean and some T.L.C

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was a lovely apartment with comfy beds and great amenities. Would highly recommend.

It was a lovely Apartment, clean and comfortable with an excellent location.

− Parking was sometimes a little tricky, but nothing that we couldn’t sort.

Great location on the seafront, walking distance to shops, restaurants and seafront. Very well-equipped kitchen; homely dining area; a very nice shower. Garden looked like a lovely place to sit outside, if weather was a bit better. Would visit in summer again.

− The lounge furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The main bedroom was too sparsely furnished for the amount of space; not enough places to put things, other than the floor.

Hugely disappointing. All in all the poor state of the accommodation ruined our holiday. Terrible value for the money I

Location

− When we entered flat, we immediately noticed a damp smell .One bedroom was completely damp and we were unable to sleep in there as the bedclothes, pillows and clothes were always damp. Myself and my two children ended up sleeping in the other bedroom We found a dehumidifier in a cupboard 5 days from end of stay and used it in bedroom. It pulled a litre of water out of the air every day. When we were arrived there was a pool of water in bathroom which took days to recede and clear up before reappearing 5 days later. On entering the kitchen, myself and my daughter walked into cobwebs. Raising my hand up I pulled down a huge pile from the open rafters above. Some of the kitchen utensils were also covered in a damp residue. The coffee machine was filthy and disgusting. An espresso French press coffee pot we found was riddled with mildew due to coffee granules left inside. The garden itself was overgrown and unkempt with a rotting wooden patio. It had clearly seen much better days. Also vv disappointing was the response from landlady .I raised my issues several times with landlady about the dampness. She told me “damp was to be expected in old houses” which isn’t the best response to a customers legitimate complaint. She also promised someone would come to sort the dirty coffee machine and check the leak in the bathroom floor. Despite repeated promises No one came round to clean for 6days by which point we’d cleaned the coffee machine ourselves and mopped up the water in the bathroom. It started leaking an again on our final day. And…..Don’t believe the photos in the listing. The flat is not in a great condition. Grubby carpets, peeling paint. Damp patches. Over grown garden. Def not worth the price they charge .
