9.0We love staying at Aquarius. The location is so central to The Strand and eateries plus the view from each room is amazing!
Accommodation was fair for the price.
5.0Position was excellent. Close to walks, gardens, museums, Magnetic Is ferry, street art, restaurants and Townsville CBD. We were able to walk to everything.
− The unit was generally in need of a little TLC. Very old bathroom.

− Floors dirty under the bed & lounge no bench space to use. Had to use the lounge so could sit on it. Couldn’t use table that was pushed into corner.

− Extremely disappointed with getting access to the key in the lock box. It wouldn’t open at all! Contacted the ph no listed then finally were able to get the master key for all the properties including mine. My checkin time was 2-3pm. Didn’t get into room till 5.15pm. Waiting around wasting time. Was NOT impressed.
