1.0− Host refused our confirmed booking saying they were fully booked. So they canceled our reservation. Very disappointing. They said the booking was done by the mistake of Booking.com. We had the confirmation from Booking.com. I tried to report to Booking.com but Booking.com didn't let me report online.
