Beautiful views, a nice property, but lack of communication from the staff for reporting issues was a let down
7.0The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was a nice size. It’s a little out of the way of bigger villages and shops, but we liked how peaceful the area was. It’s at the start of the Greenaway walk along Lake Como too which is a beautiful trail
− The apartment would have been ideal had all of the facilities been working. The extractor fan didn’t work which meant cooking smells lingered, and the washing machine would work for only a couple of minutes before coming up with an error message. When we tried to contact the team to fix this issue we heard nothing back, which meant our towels were wet and still dirty and we had to get new ones for ourselves.
