5.0Location was very good though they did not inform us about the lift or escalator that took us from station to appartment in 3 minutes We had to walk all the way 1 km with luggage
− Bed spreads were very unhygienic same with towels no napkins provided they didn’t had 3 same mugs or plates basically it’s a studio and not one bedroom. balcony is really dirty no washing machine and when we ask about it they say it’s in repairs but there was no washing machine or dish washer . No place to keep your luggage no cupboards it’s a good place for 1 or 2 travelers not going to use kitchen and carrying hand luggage. There were cans and bottles out in the patio area, and the table there had cobwebs on it. No view from appartment it’s on back side

− DISGRACEFUL, MISLEADING, POOR FALSE ADVERTISING - it's a STUDIO (not a 1 bedroom) - there is NO WASHING MACHINE - there is NO VIEW We contacted Booking.com to complain. They assured us we'll get a refund and we checked out after one night. To date (end of the planned stay) we only received the update that Booking.com cannot contact the owner.

10.0The apartment is in the city center. Very close to the lake, promenade and the train station. The host is very kind and helpful. Quick response to all our questions. Lovely apartment. Great value for money. Very clean and neat.Great place to enjoy Montreux.
